Lesson2: Browser as PLE

Install Firefox, and think about what I want to do concretely. If I feel unconfortable when I use Firefox, there are often exist useful add-ons for such situation in the Internet.

Explore
Firefox users can use any icons they want. It takes fun for eyes and can be use by only feeling. They can also set buttons on the favorite space. People in this website seems to be careful about the design. Even if they add many add-ons, the ability for customize of Firefox help them to organize and make good design.

Explain

1.I have to only install Firefox and its add-ons. No specific skill is needed. Firefox has useful system for search add-ons.

2.There are many add-ons. Some gives new function, and some reinforces the system of the browser. Google toolbar can translate easily, so I can know the meaning of the English words only by select it. By using Tab Mix Plus, the tab of Firefox become more useful.

3.I can search something that I want to know efficiently by PLE. The Internet has a lot of information, so it is important that search specific information for the learning.

4.We can not only search by Google in the Internet. By using PLE, we can manage a lot of information.

Lesson1: Introduciton in social networks

1.Socail software.
 I know Wikipedia, Youtube, veoh, Gmail. I often use Wikipedia for investigate something. All people in the Internet can write and edit topics, so Wikipedia has very many information. However, we have not to forget that sometimes they are wrong.
 Social software is the thing that open to every people. People can both read and write in the social software, and the information should be shared. For example, in Youtube, people can watch videos and also can post his own videos.

2.Social Networks.
 "Network" is sets of links. Social network means interactive connencions with others. People can give and take information.

Do
 I would like to think how social software become social more. Actually, in the recent social software, many people only recieve information. Social software should be easier to dispatch infromation. It is best that make the place all people really do interchange their knowledge, thought, record, and so on easy and quickly.
